Introduction to E-mail and Internet

This course is aimed at giving you an introduction to sending e-mails and using the World Wide Web (WWW). It is advisable that you have a little previous computer experience so you are familiar with using a computer.

Course syllabus includes the following topics:

  • Sending and receiving e-mails
  • Sending e-mail attachments
  • Printing e-mails
  • Creating an e-mail account
  • Using the World Wide Web
  • Looking at different websites
  • Using search techniques to find information
  • Printing information
  • Learning how to shop from home

The course content can be flexible and you will not necessarily cover all topics in detail.
