Shop by Car
This is a short term emergency shopping service for the local area.
This is a short-term emergency shopping service for Dorchester, Weymouth and the surrounding area by a volunteer driver. 
It is funded by Dorset Social Services. There are two services available, minibus and car. This describes the Car service.
To qualify you must have personal difficulties, e.g. just come out of hospital, your carer is unable to attend, short term illness or bereaved. Referral by Social/Health worker, Doctor, Warden, Minister or Age Concern staff.
The cost of the car shopping service (if eligible) is £2.0 return.

Shop by Minibus
This is a shopping service by minibus for the Dorchester area.
This is a monthly shopping service for Dorchester. It is funded by Dorset Social Services. There are two services available, minibus and car. This describes the Minibus service.
To qualify you must have difficulties in using public transport for shopping, e.g. difficulty with bus steps, can't walk to the bus stop, difficulty carrying shopping home from the bus stop.
Cost is £2.00 for the return trip.
