Room Hire
Rowan Cottage has a number of rooms which can be hired on a session basis. This would be ideal for a local charity or small business looking for somewhere quiet to make an important presentation or have a team meeting.

Use of the premises is granted with the following conditions:
- The cost of hire is dependent on the nature of your organisation and your specific requirements. An indication of costs is shown above, prior to final determination on return of the booking form.
- A booking form Room Rental Agreement Form must be completed and returned to our office.
- Age Concern Dorchester reserves the right to refuse hire.
- Furniture and fittings must be left as found.
- The hirer shall report all breakages or damage to the chief officer and be financially responsible for the cost of replacement.
- According to law smoking is not permitted.
- Age Concern Dorchester will not be responsible for any accidents to persons or property, nor any loss or damage to personal property.
- The hirer is responsible for providing their own public liability insurance cover for their own activities and property insurance cover for their own property.
- *Older people charities/groups are allowed a further £11 discount.
- Charge in brackets () are for other charities only.
